Kids Yoga:

Yoga is for everyone regardless of your Race, Body shape and Age. This means, it includes our kids back home too! It can be a great remedy with their daily stress management as well as a facilitator of healthy physical, emotional and cognitive development.

We collaborated with Circle of Friends on a Wednesday afternoon for Kids yoga at Whitesands primary school. In this workshop, the kids learn how to breathe and stretch and have fun with each other.

  • Proper procedure to prepare for a ready body and injuries prevention.
  • Correct usage of muscles during running and the major muscle groups used.
  • Strength and Conditioning techniques.


  • Yoga postures recommended prior and after running.
  • Breathing techniques or Pranayama to assist in running performance.
  • Meditation technique to prepare you for race.

Note: Bring your own Running attire and Yoga Mat.

May Day Yoga Special:

Pamper yourself on this special Labour Day. Rejuevenate your body with Yoga and pranayama. The session covers 1hour of basic yoga poses in detail and how it is beneficial to your body. It will end off with 30mins of pranayama (breathing practices) to calm your mind and senses. The session is suitable for practitioners at all levels.
